We are a family run business based at Poynings Cat Boarding Hotel, Poynings, East Sussex. With over 30 years experience in buying and selling furniture you can be sure any items we value will be at a great price. What do you do?
We do complete or part house and office clearances, buy and sell single items of furniture and white goods, remove metal, rubbish clearance – recycling as many items as possible, remove and destroy confidential papers and hard drives, a man and a van service and much more.
What areas do you cover?
We are based at Poynings Cat Boarding Hotel, Poynings, East Sussex. We cover all the Brighton area, Hove, Lewes, Haywards Heath, Crawley an further afield when necessary.
I have some items to sell, what do I do?
Give us a call! We will arrange a free, no obligation visit to view your items and will give you a cash valuation. Should you decide you are happy with the valuation we will either take it away at the time or arrange a convenient time to come back and collect. We are happy to collect single items or ‘job lots’. What kind of furniture do you buy?
We will consider all used and new furniture – beds, tables, chairs, drawers, wardrobes, side tables, mattresses, desks etc. We also buy white household appliances – washing machines, freezers, dishwashers etc. If you have something you would like to sell – give us a call and we will arrange a free, no obligation visit to value your item.

What is a house clearance?
We offer full of part house clearances. So you could chose to have just a few items removed, a few rooms cleared or a whole house cleared. Our friendly, dedicated team will provide you with a free no obligation quote prior to commencing work and if agreeable with you we will begin work at a time convenient to you. Our house clearances include removal of furniture and rubbish and we have an additional cleaning service – particularly useful to landlords or in a house to be sold. For more information, click here.

Our service takes the hassle of collecting a van, paying additional insurance costs and most of all the driving!
